First of all, It's start when I planned it with my roommate previous months ago, masa tu bila my fiancee having his training before went to abroad. We planning for the 30 days abs challenge first sebab nye kalo tak ade jadual, I ni memang jenis senang nak skip. So, we decided want to upload schedule from internet based and starting to follow sebanyak yang boleh fitness and healthy motivation dalam IG. Dengan harapan, semangat tu ade and that the reason boleh maintain the spirit. Yes, I memang senang kena influence and everyday buka IG semua benda alah tu keluar. Mana tak nyer, I can feel the heat of motivations. So back to the planning just now, I cakap la kat roommate, Cik B, next year
would be my wedding receptions, I need to do something like 'wow' a bit. haha
'Wow' is referring to healthy body, nice shape, figure and curves. Well, every woman in this world nak semua tu. It's called uprgrading yourself and as a self reward for your future husband la. Senang cerita hihi.
Actually before this, I and roommate memang kaki zumba and gym. Tp after membership expired and due several things yang tak dapat dielakkan, so semua terbengkalai dan seperti melepaskan batuk di tangga. So, bila start balik 2 days back, pergh!!penat dier, stamina dier.. really makes you feel like your body getting old dah and baru nak start balik. 1st day memang agak susah sikit, sebab feeling is there but your body still need to adapt it.
Firstly, we start with zumba 1st, sebab I ngan roommate I ni suka zumba and both of us like to dance. Time range for zumba I dan roommate ambik dalam setengah jam (30 minutes). Tips terbaik, bila anda tengah cari zumba yang berkesan, maybe anda kena rotate every playlist zumba anda maybe dalam seminggu sekali. Sebab nye kta cepat boring dengan steps yang diikut. (bagi I la sbb I ni cepat jer nak hafal steps tu). Both of us only two, so this week I start with my playlist 1st, which mean the up to date songs yang ada sekarang la konon nya. pastikan playlist complete with warming up session and cool down session supaya badan tak la sakit sangat kalo ada proper starting and finishing. After half way zumba, ktaorang start plak dgn routine jadual yang dah sediakan, 30 days Abs Challenge. ( Actually ikut kemampuan stamina and depending on your health conditions) Kalo yang ada suffer penyakit lelah atau apa2 penyakit, boleh la search jadual yang tak berat dan membebankan dan kalo perlu, dapatkan advise dari pakar. So, bagi yang sihat walafiat ni, boleh la try yer :) Selain daripada itu, your skins glowing tau lepas exercise and nampak la perubahan nya kalo orang yang bersukan ni muka dier cam berseri - seri. So, It's natural secret of glowing.
What I like about this schedule, this schedule dah siap set berapa reps for every exercise so kte just follow the flows jer. So yesterday dah mencapai hari kedua untuk abs challenges ni. So wish me and my roommate luck. After the 30 days Abs, then we start with 30 days butt challenge pulak.

After the routine, bila dah penat tu jgn lupa cool down yer supaya badan tak sakit sangat bila keesokkan pagi. And for starter plak, jangan paksa diri sangat yer takut keesokkan pagi tu nanti kene ambik MC plak tak memasal. :) But when you in that mood and getting excited, actually it's was a good beginning to us. So, keep it up and maintain the mood. I after zumba and tetiba pasang plak lagu yang best - best and the mood still there, memang sambung plak dance session haha.
My day ended up with a cup of tea and having movies night with my roommate and together with my Monmon the bear. Yahuuu!! Hope all went well and run smoothly. I can't wait for next day.
